Entrepreneur Newbie is a blog about a fifteen-year veteran of the corporate world turned entrepreneur. For as long as I can remember, I have always pined to be an entrepreneur. I have spent countless hours dreaming up all kinds of ideas and products. I have always believed that the difference between successful entrepreneurs and me was that they actually DID it!
Like many wannabe entrepreneurs, I did not have the guts to give up my cushy corporate job and lets face it…salary to strike out on my own. Well, the corporate world gave me a little nudge towards the proverbial cliff this past July, and I’ve decided to jump off it. I recently heard a quote that I think perfectly describes my newfound career as an entrepreneur, ”sometimes you have to jump off the cliff and just HOPE that the net will be there.”
I now work for a woman who has no idea what she is doing…come along on the journey with me. The sky is the limit!
